Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on returns.

Returns

​

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original parts and pieces included.

Process

​

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@krakenspoons.com to request a return.  When your return is approved, you will be provided with a prepaid return label.   The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refunds

​

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow five to ten (5-10) days to process the return.  Returns may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the company.  You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

​

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

-  Custom Kandis

​

For defective or damaged products, please include images of your item in your return request email.  After inspection, you may be approved for a refund or exchange at no cost to you.  You will need to return the damaged or defective item within (10) days of the original purchase date.  If return item is not received, you will be charged the full price for the replacement item, including shipping.

Please Note:

-  All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

-  Items must be in original condition and unused.

-  All parts of the product must be included in your return.
